GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Lynn
Nursing Homes/Electrical Service; requires that each nursing home have emergency electrical system that is capable of providing electrical service for specified period during interruption of normal electrical supply; provides requirements for priority in restoring electrical power to said homes; requires that state use federal disaster funds to purchase generators for use by such homes if such funds are available, etc. Amends 400.23.
