SB 2416: Workers' Compensation
GENERAL BILL by Hill
Workers' Compensation; provides rights & remedies on behalf of injured workers; provides for access to physicians; prescribes procedures re workers' compensation proceedings; provides that subpoenas be issued by judges of compensation claims only; prescribes rights to benefits, including compensation, training, & employment; reinstates former provisions that provided procedures & remedies in cases of bad-faith dealings, etc. Amends 440.34.
