GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos
Municipal Service Tax; authorizes charter counties to levy & collect municipal service tax; deletes provision that referendum is not prerequisite to levying ad valorem taxes for provision of municipal services within municipal service tax unit. Amends 125.01.
