Corporate Income Tax Credit; provides tax credit for donations to Cultural Institutions Trust Fund; provides that unused amount of credit may not be carried forward; prohibits conveying, assigning, or transferring credit to another entity except as specified; provides application procedures; provides for rulemaking by DOR. Creates 220.192.
