SB 2450: Paternity Testing

GENERAL BILL by Siplin

Paternity Testing; provides that court may order parties to submit to scientific testing in any proceeding in which established paternity of child is being challenged; provides that court may order parties to submit to scientific testing in such proceeding without limitation of time. Amends 742.12.
