Interstate Insurance Regulation; provides for establishment of Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission; designates Chief Financial Officer as representative of this state on commission; requires commission to keep complete accurate accounts, provide for audits, & make annual reports to Governors & Legislatures of compacting states; provides for withdrawal from compact, default by compacting states, & dissolution of compact, etc.
