CS/SB 2476: NASCAR Hall of Fame Facility
GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Consumer Services ; Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) King
NASCAR Hall of Fame Facility; provides for distribution of portion of revenues from tax on sales, use, & other transactions to NASCAR Hall of Fame facility; specifies Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office as state entity for screening said facility applicants; provides for certification of such facility by office; limits distribution of funds by DOR; provides for NASCAR license plate; directs HSMV to develop license plate, etc. Amends Ch. 320, 212.20; creates 288.1170.
