GENERAL BILL by Bean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Flores ; Goldstein ; Roberson, Y ; Zapata

Health Care Practitioners; provides that being terminated from treatment program for impaired practitioners for failure to comply with certain contract terms or failure to successfully complete any drug or alcohol treatment program are additional grounds under which health care practitioner is subject to discipline by DOH or board having jurisdiction over practitioner, etc. Amends 456.072; reenacts various FS.
