Sales Tax/Machinery & Equipment; deletes annual limitation on exemption from sales tax for certain machinery & equipment used to increase productive output; deletes exemption for machinery & equipment used to expand certain printing manufacturing facilities or plant units; deletes annual limitation on exemption from sales tax for certain machinery & equipment purchased under federal procurement contract, etc. Amends 212.08; repeals 212.0805. APPROPRIATION: $210,069.
