Wine Shipments; provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state to resident of this state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; provides that those sections do no apply to wine shipped under specified provision. Creates 561.585; amends 561.54,.545.
