GENERAL BILL by Webster
Nursing Home Firesafety; requires nursing homes to be protected by certain automatic sprinkler systems; authorizes State Fire Marshal Div. to grant certain time extensions; authorizes State Fire Marshal to enter into investment agreement with public depositories to establish State Fire Marshal Nursing Home Fire Protection Loan Guarantee Program as limited loan guarantee program to retrofit nursing homes with fire protection systems, etc. Amends Ch. 633.
