Appropriations; provides moneys for annual period beginning July 1, 2005, & ending June 30, 2006, to pay salaries, & other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, & other improvements, & for other specified purposes of various agencies of State government. APPROPRIATION: $9,976,702,808.

Effective Date: 07/01/2005 or upon becoming law, whichever occurs later, except as otherwise provided
