Behavioral Health Service Delivery; authorizes DCFS to expand its pilot program to establish single managing entity for districts 2, 3, 4, 12, & 13, to deliver substance abuse services to recipients of child protective services in five districts; requires dept. to initiate implementation of substance abuse delivery component of this program without delay in expansion districts & furnish status reports to appropriate substantive committees of Senate & House, etc. Amends 394.9082.
