Emergency Management/Special Needs; specifies additional agencies that are required to provide registration information to special needs clients & persons with disabilities or special needs who receive services from such agencies for purposes of inclusion within registry of persons with special needs maintained by local emergency management agencies, etc. Amends 252.355,.385, 381.0303, 400.492, 408.831; creates 252.357.
