GENERAL BILL by Haridopolos

Medical Practice; defines term "physician office practice setting"; provides standards for arrangements in which physician or osteopathic physician is in supervisory relationship over advanced registered nurse practitioner or physician assistant outside physician office practice setting; revises makeup of committee that has approval powers over acts constituting advanced or specialized nursing practice. Amends 458.348, 464.003; creates 459.025.
