GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Environmental Preservation ; Dockery

Contamination Notice; defines specified terms; requires that person provide notice to Waste Management Div. of DEP, DEP's district office, & DOH when contamination is discovered as result of site rehabilitation activities; requires that DEP notify record owners of real property at which contamination has been discovered; authorizes DEP to collaborate with DOH to establish procedures for responding to public inquiries, etc. Amends 376.301; creates 376.30702.
