Inland Lakes & Canals; exempts from permitting requirements placement of informational markers on inland lakes & associated canals by counties, municipalities, or other governmental entities; provides requirements for placement of such markers; specifies that placement of informational markers on state submerged lands does not subject such lands to specified lease requirements. Amends 327.40.
