GENERAL BILL by Holloway

Notaries Public; requires notaries public to provide services without charge for certain persons; requires notaries public to maintain journal & record notarial acts; provides requirements for journal entries; provides that failure to comply with said requirements may result in sanctions against notary public, but shall not invalidate notarial act. Amends 117.05; creates 117.055.
