JOINT RESOLUTION by Haridopolos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Posey

State Revenue Limitation; constitutional amendment to replace state revenue limitation with appropriations limitation that limits state appropriations for any fiscal year, beginning in fiscal year 2007-2008; bases growth adjustment on median household income in Florida rather than on aggregate personal income of Floridians, etc. Amends s. 1, Art. VII, s. 21, Art. XII.
