GENERAL BILL by Goldstein ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grimsley ; Porth ; Sands ; Seiler
Local Occupational License Taxes; updates provisions authorizing reclassification & new rate structure revisions to occupational license taxes by ordinance; deletes counties from such authorization provisions; revises provision re limit on first-year revenue generation by municipalities; provides construction re decreasing or repealing such taxes. Amends 205.0535.
