GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Saunders

Health Department; eliminates requirement that dept. issue wall certificates; provides for retired-status license; requires Board of Nursing to adopt rules specifying scope of practice & level of supervision required for certified nursing assistants; requires biennial renewal of certification as nursing assistant; requires that information re liability & disciplinary actions be included in practitioner profile, etc. Amends Ch. 456, 464.201,.202,.203.
