SUCCEED-Fla. Professionals Program; establishes SUCCEED, Florida - Crucial Professionals Program; provides for appropriation of funds to DOE to be distributed on competitive basis to postsecondary educational institutions to offer programs that meet critical workforce needs; provides for annual request for proposals & requirements of such proposals; requires establishment annually by Legislature of priority list for funding & selection by State Bd. of Education, etc. Creates 1011.96.
