GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity

Transportation; establishes program to provide matching funds for dredging projects in eligible counties; authorizes DOT to fund certain eligible aviation planning projects to be performed by not-for-profit organizations representing majority of public airports; creates provisions entitled "Northwest Florida Transportation Corridor Authority"; directs DOT to select & fund consultant to perform study of bicycle facilities, etc. Amends FS.
