GENERAL BILL by Rice ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Henriquez
Coastal Redevelopment/Mitigation; defines term "local mitigation strategy" for purposes of Local Government Comprehensive Planning & Land Development Regulation Act; provides additional requirement for local government's comprehensive plan concerning hazard mitigation; revises provisions re coastal management; authorizes demonstration project in certain counties to allow for redevelopment of coastal areas within designated coastal high hazard area, etc. Amends FS.
