GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery
Direct Shipments of Wine; provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; exempts charitable organizations from excise & sales & use taxes on sales made from direct shipments of wine from out of state, subject to restrictions, etc. Amends 561.54,.545; creates 561.585.
