Health Professionals/Speech; revises requirements for DOH in issuing provisional license to practice speech-language pathology or audiology; authorizes Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology to waive certain requirements for applicants who received professional education in another country under certain circumstances; revises requirements for person to be certified as audiology assistant, etc. Amends 468.1155,.1165,.1185,.1215.
