SB 520: Pawnbroking
GENERAL BILL by Hill
Pawnbroking; requires law enforcement official to place hold order on property in possession of pawnbroker which official has probable cause to believe was misappropriated; requires state attorney to notify pawnbroker of court proceedings involving property that is part of criminal investigation; requires official to return property to pawnbroker under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 539.001.
