Assisted Lvg./Nursing Home Resident; requires each nursing home & assisted living facility to search sexual predator & sexual offender registries maintained by FDLE before admitting new resident; requires said home & facility to deny admission to sexual predators & offenders & to notify AHCA each time said facilities refuses to admit prospective resident who is sexual predator or offender, etc. Creates 400.2155,.41745.
