GENERAL BILL by Grant
Motor Vehicle Weights; revises penalties for violation of vehicle weight provisions by certain commercial motor vehicles; provides for disposition of moneys collected; reenacts provisions re maximum vehicle weights, operations not in conformity with law, special permits, civil penalties, & expiration of registration, to incorporate changes made by act, etc. Amends 316.545; reenacts 316.535(6), 316.550(9)(a)&(d), 318.18(4), 320.07(4)(b).
