SB 580: Mitigating Factors/Certain Offenses
GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Mitigating Factors/Certain Offenses; provides that fact that victim was initiator, willing participant, aggressor, or provoker of incident, or consented to incident, is not mitigating factor to offenses under certain provisions, under certain circumstances. Amends 921.0026.
