Crimes Against Minors; revises elements of crimes of kidnapping minor child & false imprisonment of minor child; revises elements of crime of luring or enticing minor child for unlawful purposes; specifies evidentiary fact that may be considered by court in determining whether defendant committed or attempted to commit such offense; increases penalty imposed for committing such offense; amends Criminal Punishment Code offense severity ranking chart, etc. Amends FS.
