Acupuncture; redefines terms; redesignates Acupuncture Board as Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine Board; authorizes said board to require continuing education providers to obtain board approval of programs & instructors; authorizes board to adopt rules for approving continuing education providers. Amends 457.102,.107.
