Mold Assessment & Remediation; provides educational requirements & procedural requirements for mold remediation certification; requires review of mold remediation training programs; requires person certified under this section to be present on certain job sites; assigns responsibility for workforce compliance; provides requirements for practice as mold assessor & as noncontracting mold remediator, etc. Amends 489.1134, 501.933,.934.
