Cystic Fibrosis Treatment/Insurance; requires individual health insurance policy or group health insurance policy to cover services needed to treat cystic fibrosis as authorized by physician; includes within exclusion from provisions applying to out-of-state groups group policies providing health coverage for cystic fibrosis; requires contract by HMO to cover services needed to treat cystic fibrosis as authorized by physician. Creates 627.6614; amends 627.6515, 641.31.
