Attorney Practices; provides legislative findings; prohibits solicitation of legal business for profit; provides certain exceptions; prohibits aiding, assisting, or abetting in soliciting legal business for profit; provides criminal penalties; prohibits solicitation of legal business for profit by urging person to consider bringing legal action against another; defines term "solicit"; provides civil penalties; provides for equitable relief, etc. Amends 877.02.
