FRS/Special Risk/Law Enforcement; provides membership in Special Risk Class for certain employees of law enforcement agency or medical examiner's office whose duties include collecting, examining, preserving, documenting, preparing, or analyzing physical evidence; provides declaration of important state interest. Amends 121.0515. APPROPRIATION: $1,400,000.
