SB 602: Telecommunication Rates

GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano

Telecommunication Rates; repeals provisions re price regulation & competitive market enhancements of local exchange telecommunication companies; provides that any local telecommunications service rate that was increased & any corresponding telecommunications intrastate access fee that was reduced by action of PSC but that has not yet been implemented is null & void, etc. Repeals 364.059,.164,.051(6)-(8).

Effective Date: 05/15/2005 or upon becoming law, whichever occurs later
