Internet Screening in Public Library; requires public libraries to provide technology that blocks or filters Internet access to specified proscribed visual depictions; allows adults to request disablement of technology; directs Library & Information Services Div. within Department of State to adopt rules requiring written attestation of compliance as condition of state funding; provides finding of important state interest, etc.
