Educational Facilities/Indoor Air; requires each district school board to adopt & implement indoor air quality program; requires annual reports to DOE; requires uniform air quality inspections & evaluations; provides requirements for educational facility sites & project plans; provides requirements for heating, ventilating, & air-conditioning systems; requires indoor environmental quality training programs for staff, etc. Creates 1013.135.
