SB 644: Parental Notification System/HSMV
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Parental Notification System/HSMV; provides for parental notification system to be developed by HSMV; requires notification to parent, guardian, or other responsible adult who signed driver license application of person under 18 years of age when written warning or citation has been issued to that person for violation of traffic law; provides for content of notification, etc. Amends 316.650, 322.09.
