GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Haridopolos ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey ; Wise ; Peaden ; Fasano ; Campbell ; Klein ; Garcia ; Crist

Deputy James M. Weaver Act; provides death benefits for law enforcement, correctional, or correctional probation officers in certain circumstances; provides limitations period for certain actions involving discipline, demotion, or dismissal of law enforcement officer or correctional officer; revises definitions re qualification of certain law enforcement officers for salary incentive program, etc. Amends 112.19,.532, 943.22; reenacts various FS.
