CS/SB 686: Traffic Infractions/Disposition
GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Transportation
Traffic Infractions/Disposition; provides that person who is cited for noncriminal traffic infraction may elect to attend, under certain circumstances, intermediate driver improvement course approved by HSMV; amends provisions re driver improvement schools to require passage of department-approved final examination at conclusion of driver improvement course; allows student to retake examination once without charge, etc. Amends 318.14,.1451, 322.025.
