GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Lynn

FRS/Local Government Employees; permits, during specified period of time, local government employees who are members of Senior Management Class, & who have withdrawn from FRS, to elect membership in defined benefit program or public employee optional retirement program of system; prescribes requirements in making such election; provides for payment of costs of such membership. Amends 121.055.
