Florida Retirement System; permits, during specified period of time, local government employees who are members of Senior Management Service Class, who have withdrawn from FRS, to elect membership in defined benefit program or public employee optional retirement program of system; provides that any municipality that provides fire protection services to another municipality under interlocal agreement is eligible to receive premium taxes, etc. Amends 121.055, 175.041,.101.
