Sales & Use Tax Exemption Committee; creates Joint Legislative Sales & Use Tax Exemption Review Committee for purpose of reviewing exemptions from general state sales & use tax; provides for appointments to & organization of committee; specifies duties & procedures re such review; provides for open meetings; requires continuing periodic review of sales & use tax exemptions; provides period of exemption from review for newly enacted exemptions, etc. Creates 11.95.
