PROPOSED BILL by Judiciary
Custody Interference/OGSR; (OPEN GOVERNMENT SUNSET REVIEW) amends provision re public-records exemption provided for information submitted to sheriff or state attorney for purpose of obtaining immunity from prosecution for offense of interference with custody; limits information covered by public-records exemption; saves exemption from repeal under OGSR Act; deletes provisions providing for repeal of exemption. Amends 787.03.
