PROPOSED BILL by Community Affairs

Local Government; revises various provisions of Local Government Comprehensive Planning Certification Program; abolishes requirement that local government infrastructure surtax be approved by majority of electors of county voting in referendum on surtax; provides for local option fuel tax to be levied by majority of governing body of county rather than by super majority of governing body, etc. Amends Ch. 201, 163.3246, 212.055, 336.025.
