SB 708: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Workers' Compensation; requires employer with fewer than four employees who has elected alternative coverage to workers' compensation to post notice at each worksite to this effect; provides for alternative coverage to regular workers' compensation; prescribes benefits included in said coverage; prescribes procedures for giving notice of election of alternative coverage & of revocation of that election, etc. Amends Ch. 440, 489.115,. 515.
