Criminal Justice Standard Commission; requires that members of Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission who are sheriffs appointed by Governor be chosen from list of nominees submitted by Fla. Sheriffs Association & members of commission who are chiefs of police appointed by Governor be chosen from list of nominees submitted by Fla. Police Chiefs Association; provides selection criteria for committee, etc. Amends 943.11.
