Per Diem & Travel Expenses; establishes per diem, subsistence, & mileage rates for travel expenses of public employees; conforms provisions & deletes obsolete provisions; provides legislative intent; requires state agencies to submit certain information; requires Governor to recommend budget amendment to distribute appropriation. Amends 112.061. APPROPRIATION: $8,000,000.
